Initial acupuncture consultation (standard)
An initial consultation (standard) will look at your presenting symptoms, relevant background details, and your goals for treatment. At the initial consultation, you’ll also receive your first acupuncture treatment. Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete paperwork.

Long initial acupuncture consultation (1.5hrs)
Long initial consultation is useful for people who have multiple health concerns and/or multi areas of pain that they would like to be addressed.

Long follow up consultations are for people I have seen before who have complex health concerns, may wish to discuss new symptoms or whonsimoly would like more time with the treatment.

Using a Chinese medicine framework, I treat a variety of women’s health conditions such as menstrual health, menstrual difficulties, hormonal balancing, female puberty concerns, perimenopause, and menopause. I will take into consideration all aspects of health and lifestyle factors that may be contributing to your condition to create a treatment plan specific to you.
