Pelvic floor acupuncture is a treatment that supports the entire pelvic girdle basin, pelvic floor muscles, and nervous system. This intricate group of muscles supports the bladder, bowel, and reproductive organs, working in concert with the diaphragm, deep abdominals, and lower back to create true core stability.
Using acupuncture and dry needling techniques around the sacrum, abdomen, hips, pelvic floor muscles, and associated meridians, with NO internal needling. This treatment works to release overactive or spasming muscles, improve blood flow to the pelvic basin, reduce inflammation, support nerve signalling, strengthen weakened structures, and regulate the nervous system.
